Chairman’s Message
With a strong academic foundation and a passion for professional growth, K PRATHAB Known as “Kiru” have built a distinguished career in marketing and healthcare management. He completed his primary and secondary education with excellence in O/L examinations before advancing to Highlands Central College, where he pursued A/Ls in Bio Science. His interest in strategic marketing led him to the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM), where he earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing, followed by an MBA from Buckinghamshire New University, UK.
As a Chartered Marketer (CIM, UK), Practicing Marketer (SLIM), and Certified Professional Marketer (Asia) (AMF), he hold esteemed memberships in both the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM) and the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), UK.
Professionally, he began my career at the age of 20 as a Medical Representative and have since grown into his current role as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at MedApp (Pvt) Ltd. With over two decades of experience, he oversee the company's operations in neurosurgical products, driving strategic growth and innovation.
Beyond his corporate responsibilities, he is an active Council Member and Assistant Treasurer of the Philatelic Association of Sri Lanka, contributing to the promotion of philately at a national level.
